documents. Gaps identified and addressed.
GMP Development and Implementation :
Develop and write SOP's
(Standard operating Procedures). Training of key personnel prior to
implementation and implementation of pertinent SOP's.
Also, equipment
identification, recommendation, and sourcing. Assist with FDA compliance and
audit.
Testing, Training & Analysis :
In-house testing and setup for raw material requirements and systems
development. Finished product testing systems. Lab set up
recommendations including raw material identification testing,
micro-biological testing and end user training. Procedural training in
sanitation and safety. Computerized nutritional analysis to review
formulas, label claims and nutritional facts panels in both Canada and
United States.
